Changing your Booking
You are welcome to change your booking at no extra fee but this will be subject to availability on other days.
We are unable to make any changes with less than 24 hours’ notice and no refund can be issued.
Refunds
As we are a small company, we cannot offer refunds unless we can find someone to cover your child’s place. If we cannot, then you are welcome to transfer your payment over to another workshop later in the year. This credit note will be available for 1 year from when the money was transferred.
Childcare Vouchers
We accept all types of vouchers as full or part payment for bookings made in England.
We are only able to accept childcare vouchers four weeks prior to the start of the Holiday Camp. This is due to the average time it takes us as a company to retrieve the money.
At the time of booking you will be given your deadline date(s).
Any outstanding fees at the deadline will be charged to the credit/debit card provided at the time of booking.
Early Drop-off and Late Pick-up
Our Standard Hours for all Holiday Camps are 9.00am to 3.30pm.
Our Early Drop-off is at 8.30am and our Late Pick-Up is until 4.30pm.
We advise that you book the extended day in advance but you can also make this amendment on the day.
If for any reason you are unable to collect by 4.30pm, we ask that you call us as soon as possible.
